Distances - add vessel consumption

Currently the itinerary default setting only allow for "Speed (Knots)", "Weather Factor %" and "Port Days" to be altered. It should also allow for a "Fuel Oil Consumption / Day" setting, so that along with distance traveled and the time used, the system can quickly show how much fuel is expected to be consumed during that leg in the voyage summary (see picture).
