Populate estimate canal cost on a voyage even when a canal is added in itinerary manually

When manually adding a canal transit to a voyage, the estimate 'port costs' for that transit aren't automatically added on the itinerary. We have been advised that this only works when the canal transit is added automatically by the system, if we add a port on the other side of the canal.

If we add a canal as a transit in an itinerary, it should pull in the estimate cost.

The only reason why someone would enter Panama Canal in the itinerary is because the vessel will transit, otherwise one would use the ports at each entrance of the Canal, either Balboa or Cristobal - so, this seems like an oversight that we request is looked into.
