Estimate Commence Date should be auto set to Today's date if blank or in the past (for Carbon Calc)

New Chartering Estimate calcs Commence Date should be automatically set to Today's date if blank or in the past, so that the Carbon Calculator will include emission costs where applicable and itinerary ETA's will be updated from commence date and not allow blank dates or dates in the past (when copied etc.). And this should also be in those cases before saving the estimate for when chartering do quick calcs.

Or as a bare minimum, allow an alert to be based on a dynamic date similar to Report Designer where date can be =TODAY (+/- x days)
