Settlement of several EUA Commodity trades "As Allowances" in the Create Settlement screen.

At the moment you can only settle Commodity EUA trades "As Allowances" on an individual trade by trade basis. It would save time to be able to settle several of these at once at the end of the month in the Create Settlement Invoices screen. Instead of creating an invoice, the corresponding Carbon Allowances would be created.
