Request to add Ledger Code Expense changes to Audit Trail
On SQL run the following query select * from expenses to see current expense ledger codes and users who last modified this. The last column on the right (flags) show as 0 = Active
2. When a change is made by a user to one of these fields, we cannot see it on the audit trail. However, we can see the change on the DB. In this case PCSOPEP was marked inactive by admin which appears as 1.

This area is not audited except in the DB where the client would need access and knowledge to run the query select * from expenses
Ideally we would like some form of auditing on these fields since, marking ledger codes as inactive breaks integration with DA desk.
