Cannot create negative EUA transfers in the TCO Emissions screen (EU ETS)

At the moment, you can create an Allowance Transfer in the TCO screen for EUA’s received from a charterer. However, in some cases there are EUA’s due back to them after the final verified emissions report is issued after voyage completion. Although we can enter a negative Quantity of EUA’s, the link with to the Transfers and to the Carbon Allowances inventory is not available. The desired situation would be that you could choose the Allowance ID of the EUA’s originally transferred from the Charterer and transfer a portion of those back to the Charterer with the “Create Allowance Transfer” function directly from the TCO Emissions screen. For now we have to manually make an entry in the Carbon Allowance inventory by creating a “sell” transaction back to the Charterer.
