Adding a "Notes" box in the Sustainability tab

It would be very helpful to have a "Notes" box available in the sustainability tab (see screenshot) where we could leave notes relative to the EU ETS (status of collection and remittance of EUA's, verified emissions reports, FuelEU notes, etc). This field could then be queried in our PowerBI reports.
