Voyage bunker ROB entry limit controls to avoid accidental typo/decimal point errors and P&L swings

There should be a way to control or validate the entry range limits on certain fields in IMOS, for example bunker ROB’s. If an accidental typo or decimal point on bunker ROBs (or perhaps price) results in a large P&L swing beyond reasonable bounds, there should be some kind of validation or alert to the user (or if beyond tank capacities etc.).
