Fuel EU attributes in XML, Report, Tasks & Alerts

Add Fuel EU attributes to XMLs "Cargo Purchase Export" and "Cargo Sale Export" as well as to Report Designer and Task & Alerts functionalities.
For the time being fields/data needed are:
° Include in P&L (true, false)
° Exchange Rate (value)
° Compliance Balance (MT) (value calculated by the carbon calculator)
° Penalty (EUR) (amount calculated by the carbon calculator)
° Agreed Compliance Balance (MT) (value)
° Agreed Cost (EUR) (value)
° Agreed Cost (USD) (value)
But if future developments include other data points, these should be added too, when relevant.
