Enhance Drydock Integration

While drydock entries can already be included in the schedule, additional functionality is requested to improve the integration of drydock activities and related processes:

Provisional Offhire Inclusion: Automatically include provisional offhire periods when a drydock is added to the schedule. Calculate and display the expected offhire duration based on the drydock period.
Future Drydocks Management: Provide long-term planning functionality to manage and display future drydock schedules. Include an overview of planned maintenance cycles to facilitate proactive planning and decision-making.
