Automatically create commission invoices of one of the brokers

Follow up on case VS-198349
Would be nice if we can thick boxes in a fixture so that internal commission will be automatically created. Currently it's only possible to create them automatically for all brokers, but we receive an invoice for the external brokers and want to avoid double payment
