Distance/Map -N/W Europe Area For Which Applicable Annex II Cargoes Require Mandatory Pre-Wash

On the current distance tables/map there is no skin/select option to show the North West Europe Area, where certain Annex II cargoes require mandatory pre-wash. As a result, users cannot easily determine if a vessel is heading to a port where pre-wash regulations apply.

It would be useful, based on qualifying vessel types, to check whether the destination port(s) require a mandatory pre-wash for the Annex II cargoes on board. This would ensure compliance with environmental regulations and streamline voyage planning. (https://vesonjira.atlassian.net/browse/PS-700)
