Remittance Bank auto selected on TC Commission Payment if Broker has one bank acct on Address Book

For Brokers who have only one active bank account entered into the Address Book, it would be very helpful if the system could automatically select their “Remittance Bank” on the Time Charter Commission Payment (as per example on attached image), minimizing time spent checking this kind of information.
Currently the default button located on the Address Book is only applicable to COA, Cargo and TC Outs.
