add empty row in ice class dropdown

A new dropdown for ice class has been added in vessel details for the EU ETS discount. We would like to request the addition of a blank row to allow us to leave the field empty for some ships. Currently, we use the free form text field next to it to enter ice class information, as we have different ice classed vessels. However, the dropdown only allows the selection of "not ice class," which contradicts the free form text field and is confusing. Please see the attached image for reference.
