Add a Warning When Deleting a Port with a Nominated Agent
We receive port disbursement invoices via the API interface and make the nominations by entering the Agent in the Data Submission field in Agents & Notices. When Operators edit the itinerary, they sometimes delete ports that have a nominated Data Submission agent. I would like the system to warn the Operator if there is an agent nomination when they try to delete the port.

Andreas JøntvedtHi Per, nice to see that this is in development. How will this this behave when we have an integration towards another system (cargo import) that might cause a removal of a port with a nominated agent?

Per Ostman AdminHi Eva - this feature is enabled by default and so should be active in your system currently.
When a port is deleted out of the Voyage Itinerary that has the Data Submission Agent value populated in Agents and Notices, you will see a prompt with the following text:
”{DATA SUBMISSION AGENT} has been populated as the Data Submission Agent.
Would you like to delete the Port and unlink the Data Submission Agent?”
Clicking Yes will delete the port and agent, clicking No will cancel.
