Liters to Metric Tonne unit conversion in Sustainability Panel

The Sustainability panel currently displays the total bunker consumed in metric tonnes, which works if all fuel types are set to metric tonnes in the vessel file. However, this total is incorrect when one of the fuel types is set to litres in the vessel file and is received and consumed in litres during the voyage. The Sustainability panel incorrectly adds the litres consumption as metric tonnes to the total bunker consumed. Instead, it should convert the litres to metric tonnes based on the conversion factor set in the 'units of measure' screen. Please fix this issue in the Sustainability panel.
