Tier III tonnage

Vessels with keel laid after 1-1-16 are Tier III vessels and must comply with NOx regulations in US ECA

Non-scrubber:
Vsl burns MGO in US ECA and inject a UAN solution into the exhaust to comply with NOX limits. When I run the estimate, I cannot see the UAN cost/consumption.

Scrubber:
Vsl must not use the scrubber in US ECA. Instead, it burns MGO and injects a UAN solution. How does IMOS handle this regarding not working in US ECA and the UAN cost?

Next steps:
Vsls having keel laid after 1-1-21 are also Tier 3. If Tier 3 vsls have active scrubbers, it shall be possible to dis-/enable given vsl's scrubber consumption when entering defined ECA (North American & US Caribbean Sea & Baltic & North Sea) to be configured on the vsl card. It shall not per default disable the scrubber - as we might in the future have scrubber fitted vsls that can comply with NOx requirements while also using scrubbers. For these vessels, it shall be possible to enable UAN consumption on an estimate.
