add COMPANY in Marine Service Fees definition screen

The set up in Marine Service Fee impacts other defined companies in IMOS VIP when only one a canadian company would require the system automated process. Other companies need to remove/delete the created transactions by the automated process. By adding a Company in the selection process would prevent the excess work.
