Set a bunker lifting as 'inactive'
Operators need to be able to handle debunkering scenarios properly/adequately. They should be able to set a lifted bunker batch aside as 'inactive' in order not to be considered by FIFO.
When using FIFO, any lifted bunker quantity is being taken into account in sequence based on date lifted. This results in IMOS not to be able to debunker the actual 'bad' lifting as for IMOS this has already been consumed. For this reason users are not able to select it from the Bunker Lifting Selection form, when they define a negative amount in the Bunker Liftings form. When vessels are debunkering a part of a 'bad' fuel - usually many voyages after they lifted this batch - in order to be able to select the correct lifting, users currently have to delete Port Activities for all portcalls/voyages in between
Users to be able to select a bunker lifting as 'inactive' and hide it from the FIFO calculation. System will skip to the next lifted batch for the calculation of the bunkers consumed.

Dmitry Fomichev. SCFYep. Voyage P&L (Bunker chapter) is wrong while we have onboard off-spec bunker which is actually not for consumption. IMOS "consumes" it anyway.
