IMOS to automatically send out email notifications if the voyage itinerary passes a High Risk area

We would like for IMOS to sendautomatically an email message to a specific addresses whenever a vessel (especially Owned) scheduled to enter High Risk Piracy Area.

This is a urgent matter with high business impact since missing of right declaration may jeopardize the vessel's insurance coverage in case she enters HRA (for example Gulf of Oman) without proper notification to U/Ws.
