Feature requested in order to be able to categorize Business Partners more effectively. Specifically in this case there are different types of Agents that the client needs to define (e.g. Towing Companies, Mooring Companies etc.). This can be a free text field which can then be added into the Address Book List columns for users to search a contact by filtering in it.
Client has tried to use "User-Defined Fields" for this, but they do not show up in the address book list as columns and as such the client does not have the option to search by them as filters.

Although it does not affect the functionality of the system or the operations of the client, it is thought to be a nice to have feature that would help customers define in a more granular level their contacts.
