Notification When ROB Exceeds Vessel Capacity

IMOS to capture the ROB of vessel into the next of voyages automatically where max quantity/capacity that vessel can accommodate should change according to the ROB which was carried forward onto the next voyages. User to be prompted whenever total quantity inserted is more than the total capacity that vessel can accommodate.

The requirement is actually for IMOS to prompt the user if the bunker ROB is insufficient to perform the next voyage and replenishment is required. It's not about the exceeding the capacity.
