TCO bunker adjustment unsold bunkers

Currently the system calculates the result of sale to the charterers for every bunker type. This is the TCO bunker adjustment.

But if a bunker type is not sold to charterers when other types are , there should be no TCO adjustment on the unsold type. And the valuation of this unsold bunker type shouldn't change.

This suggestion proposes to indicate whether a bunker type is to be sold and revalued or not sold and kept on it's FIFO price/composition.

Split BOR bunker clause for each fuel type to allow certain fuel type re-sold as bunker on consumption and remaining BOR same as BOD

Agree to this one, the "Bunkers on consumption" checkbox should be per fuel type not YES/NO for the entire TCTO.
