Allow Change of Vessel name in Commenced Voyages

Changing vessel names in IMOS by updating the name field in the vessel detail page does not affect existing created voyages. The Time Charter Contracts shows the new vessel name, but not the voyage. IMOS will still refer to the previous vessel name when checking on invoices and other voyage related matters.

A feature to allow the change of vessel name to take effect on existing voyages will allow the operators to continue the same voyage. This eliminates the need to abruptly end the existing voyage and creating a new one that reflects the new vessel name which also affects long term time charter contacts.
