Can a overlap showing latest Marpol Annex V (Garbage) be added to Distances?

The various overlay that Veson provides on the Distances module is very useful. Similarly, can a overlap showing latest Marpol Annex V (Garbage) be added to Distances? This would be very useful - especially when we are planning voyages in special areas and having this overlay will immediately provide the user details if the hold wash water can be disposed off at sea or not based on his upcoming itinerary?
