Veslink forms: more options for rule settings

Currently in the creation of Veslink forms we have very limited functionalities in respect of setting validation rules. Currently the validation can be set only on only one rule per field and cannot be dependent on the contents of another field.
In this case more option to validate a field are needed, such as the ability to be able to set more rules than one, these rules need to be able to be linked with the contents of another field.
A good example is the attached image where there is a need for the recorded breakdown dates to be in between the dates recorded in the from date and to date.
