Allow a 'Way-Point' to be added via the Map and calculate the distances for an Estimate

From time to time we need to (for instance pick up armed guards offshore due to virus restrictions) add a way-point to a calculation.
We think the Map / Distance function should be smart enough for us to add a way-point on the map, and have it add the point to the Estimate, with a calculated Distance.
