Voyage PnL Summary Report Should Include All PnL Categories as Columns

The Voyage PnL Summary report run with the details option selected has most of the PnL categories (Freight, Misc Rev, Hire, Bunkers, etc.) included as columns, but the Bareboat category is missing. All PnL categories should be available as columns to make PnL analysis easier.
