Automate Commission Invoice Creation

As a Finance user, it would be helpful for the system to automatically create the commission invoices whenever I post the linked freight invoice. This would reduce repetitive manual entry.

When a freight invoice is posted, any associated commission invoices tied to the freight should be automatically created by the system and placed in Status:Actual (Ready for Approval).

Functionality was added to VIP over the months of February and March 2021 to auto-generate commissions for Freight, Hire and Demurrage invoices. This functionality is available behind the following config flags: CFGAutoGenerateFreightComms, CFGAutoGenerateDemComms and CFGAutoGenerateTCComms.
