Copying Estimates with Inactive Trade Area

When Creating a New estimate, user correctly is unable to choose an Inactive Trade Area.
However, when user copies an old estimate that includes an inactive Trade Area, the system does not stop him/her from creating an Estimate and scheduling a Voyage.
Please enhance the validation when fixing/scheduling an estimate to ensure that the trade area assigned to the estimate is not marked as "inactive" by giving us some sort of warning or not allowing us to copy the estimate at all.
