Ability to Order and Filter the Estimate Worksheets that appear in the collapsed column

Charterers do not always need to see the complete list of Worksheets on the left of the Estimates they are working on - it actually becomes useless very quickly.
We'd like the ability to Filter the Worksheets by the Creator, so that private views can be created, as well as use the created private view as the list that appears in the left pane when working on Estimates.
It would also be very useful if these could be manually ordered by dragging into the required order.
