New TC status “Under Construction – SOLD”

There has been identified a need for a status that indicates both being sold and under construction, as this is the case for some of our vessels, and most likely more in the future, i.e. a status that is called “Under Construction – SOLD”.
This should at least apply for TC-in contracts, because it is most relevant for OV contracts.
