Order weather routing service via IMOS VIP

(1) Ops coordinator goes to Agency and Notices for the port which will be the start point for the requested routing and selects the weather routing company in the Data Submission field.
(2) Since for some of the ports the Data Submission field may be used for different purposes, we propose to have one additional Data Submission field for weather routing appointment (name of the field could be different)
(3) Appointment / Data shuttle is automatically sent out to the weather routing company.
(3.1) Appointment should be for a ballast leg if the update was done in a port with function (C)
(3.2) Appointment should be for a laden leg if the update was done in a port with function (L)
(4) The required info that should be sent to the weather routing company with the Appointment asf:
(4.1) Vessel details (mainly communication details) - avail in IMOS
(4.2) S+C charter party details - avail in IMOS
(4.3) Itinerary, i.e. start and end port with estimated dates - avail in IMOS
