Estimated Demurrage not included in Voyage P&L Variance Tolerance

When you change the Estimated Demurrage with amount > defined tolerance, no alarm appears. Since this has direct impact on the voyage result, we need this to trigger the alarm in order to be aware of possible mistakes that may cause us to lose money.
Priority – medium to High (as it has potential financial impact)

Amitjust to add, it should also consider the changes made to other rev/exp screen and anything on the voyage manager that causes pnl to change more than the set limit. Currently, it only consider the changes thru the cargo grid but the pnl can be change from other places as well.
