Additional security setup on address book

We would like the possibility to manage what kind of address book entries that the user is able to create.

In our setup all vendors are created in out finance system and sent to Imos, but all customers are created in Imos and send to Finance system. So I would like to control which customer types the users would be able to change and create to have more control
with my masterdata.
