Include other expense types to use together with the "Use estimate cost in P&L"

Currently, "Use estimate cost in P&L" is limited to only the Port Expense type.
However, due to company regulation, we are using other expense types for PDA, FDA, SDA.
Thus, in order to utilize this feature, all expense types must be include.
