Improve "Cannot Save Voyage" handling while "evaluating Tasks and Alerts"

Very often, when users try to save changes in Voyage Manager, they are being blocked by an error message saying:
"Currently evaluating Tasks and Alerts Rules. You cannot save until this process is complete, in case the results prevent saving."
As follow-up to our ticket VS-174195 (your EN-24021), we would like to have this functionality improved, so that it becomes less disruptive for Operations workflows.

Amit KumarThis is very annoying at the moment as operations keeps on changing voyage and saving it multiple times a day. I would suggest to let the rules and alert be evaluated on clicking of save button.
