KhalilImplementing this feature would save significant time/effort currently spent on refilling forms with the correct version. I believe it should be developed to auto alert the sender via a 'no reply' email if an outdated form is detected. The email should also include the latest forms + instructions. This ensures vessels always utilize the most current forms without human intervention. (@VESON) To elaborate more on this issue, consider a scenario where a vessel sends a Veslink form containing critical voyage data. However, unknown to the sender, the form they used was not the latest version. Under the current workflow, this outdated form would silently fail to import into IMOS, resulting in potentially inaccurate PnL calculations, unnoticed errors, and inaccurate data on various reports/dashboards. With the proposed feature in place, the system would promptly alert the sender about the outdated form, allowing them to rectify the situation before it becomes a prolonged issue.
