Alert to Prevent Initial Voyage Save

As on now, when we set a save prevention alert on a voyage, it covers the period only after the initial saving/scheduling of the voyage. So the voyage is saved first and then the save preventing alert is applied.

Would it be possible if we could please have the same as well before the voyage first saved/scheduled?
