Include additional fields to the multiple VC In booking window

There are still some toggling between “VC In Booking” and “Cargo” screens as some information needs to be keyed at cargo level (eg: Company code, Supplier/Receiver, options%, berth option). The suggestions below will minimize the need to enter information at cargo level.

1. Include additional fields in “VC Ins” table (i.e. in VCIn detail screen) - Supplier/Receiver, Options % Type(e.g. 5% MOLCO), Berth Option, Company code, Ops coordinator.
2. Include fields in the “VC In Booking” (header details) - Freight rate, Freight Type, LOB
