Report designer: add option to report name of docs attached to the system

Report Designer does not have any table that contains the attachment information. Would be useful to have this available so that for ex we can check if all COAs have a copy of the hard copy attached to

Currently Analytics contain a Voyage Attachments table through which users can report on the voyage attachments. However, it would be very useful for users to be also able to report on Cargo and Fixture attachments.

Therefore a Cargo Attachments and Fixture Attachments table would be very helpful.

I agree. Having the ability to check whether a fixture has a particular document, or set of documents, attached via a report will help with data quality / compliance monitoring processes.
