VIP - Security Group setting for Analytics

In normal circumstances, user will inherits wholesale on what is being defined in user groups. However, this is not the behaviors for Analytics setting.

Individual user has to be setup separately on top of what is being defined in user group, this feature is a downgrade from the usual access group efficiency.

Hence, the setting of analytics should be on user groups level.
