Multiple invoice per bunker request

At the moment we don't have proper way to manage additional costs to bunker, like barge o commissions.
These are often invoiced separately but in VIP you can only post a single invoice per bunker requests. Generating a second bunker request is not an option as it will have an impact on the numbers as it will also have posting as other expenses
