VIP Scheduling Optimizer - CO-load option

Would like to see the option of choosing whether the optimizer should consider doing co-loads or not i.e. co-load cargoes from multiple load ports in same voyage.

The Keep shipments together option should always override the co-load option i.e. cargo contracts having identical Shipment No' s should be put in the same suggested estimate if ticket
