Address Book Sorting Contacts and Ports Serviced Grouping

When creating custom views in the Address book you are limited by the concated Ports Serviced grouping.

For instance, if you would like to create a view that shows all Agents available sorted by the individual port you cannot do that. Currently, it will group the ports by the entire list of ports serviced by each contact as seen in the attached picture.

Additionally, many agents serve multiple ports. There should be a feature on the individual contacts within the actual "contact details" to select which port each contact supports.
