Mismatch in Operations & Accounts P&L

Sometime we see a mismatch in Operations & Accounts P&L (red line against profit). Sometimes this is only on Accounts P&L & sometimes on operations as well as accounts P&L .
There is no configuration flags that prevent a user from raising an invoice that has missing business rules.
IMOS should have a settings in place that does not allow to save if this mismatch happens or gives a pop up and prevent users to post such invoices.
