Changes to VIP Email PDF attachment is made for sending Invoices, with standard email texts

Request 1: Change the filename of PDF files when exporting invoices to email. At the moment when using the Email> PDF function from the IMOS Report Viewer on invoices, a PDF file is attached in a new email window with a random filename. For example, Generallnvoice_Hansa_Format_0Shvka00.pdf' The change requires that the filename makes more sense and is in line with the voyage from which the invoice pertains. For example, "201500860-Freight_lnvoice-TRAMMO-29.05.2015-

Request 2: Include a standard text to the email body when exporting invoices to email as PDF. At the moment, when using the Email> PDF function from the IMOS Report Viewer on invoices, a PDF file is attached in a new email window and the email body is blank. This change requires that a standard pre­defined text is added to the email body in addition to the PDF file being attached.

Request 3: Include the original invoice when sending invoice reminders via email.
