Report Designer - Select all / Deselect all

When designing reports in VIP, sometimes you need to output all fields from a table. Wouldn't be great if we had a select all button, instead of having to click through each field individually to set the necessary checkmarks.
Likewise a de-select all button would also be very helpful.

Sam Farhadi Admin'Select All' checkbox is now available in Report Designer column selection.
