Invoices emailed from the TDE form should use something other than "Transaction Data Entry - USD"

Currently, invoices created within the Transaction Data Entry form and emailed from the same place as a PDF attachment will push the form title "Transaction Data Entry - USD" to the email client subject line and to the file name of the PDF attachment. This wording would be confusing to the customer and requires manual changes on the part of the VIP user in their email client to keep that wording from being sent in the email. Could VIP be updated to instead pass something simpler and more apropos, e.g., the word "Invoice" followed by the invoice number?
