Port Disbursement Form - To visible the fields of Advance Percentage & Advance Payment in Agent Portal in order to allow agent to enter the values. As the these two fields is decided by Agent if they able to enter in Agent portal then Operation no need to confirm again with Agent via email and enter during PDA approval after Agent submitted the PDA. This will lean the workflow for PDA.
